Molecular Cooking with Heiko Antoniewicz

Chef Heiko Antoniewicz is the most prominent personality in Molecular Cuisine in Germany.
As an expert in the field, we are proud that he will be with us for one week every semester, once in April, once in August/September, to conduct molecular workshops with our culinary students.

 

We started this in 2008 and the response was so overwhelming, that 2009 this workshop became a regular module on our syllabus. This, by the way, makes KDU College the first and only college in Malaysia to offer molecular cooking as part of their diploma course  -most probably even the first such college worldwide!

 

Below are a few impressions of the workshop, conducted in April 2009 in our newly built molecular kitchen. And here you can find a few pictures of the molecular dinner, we had with/ for Chef Heiko.
