Collection of Official Certificate and Transcript

Students can collect their parchment at:

Venue : Examination Department, 1st Floor, KDU University College, PJ Campus                     Time      :  10.00am - 12.00noon and 2.00pm - 4.00pm (Monday to Friday only)

For student's who cannot collect their parchment personally, he/she can authorize his/her representative to collect the parchment on his/her behalf.  Procedures as below:

Student's to write an authorization letter and email it to best@kdu.edu.my by stating:

Student's particulars

• Name
• KDU Student No:
• IC or Passport No:
• Contact No:
• Title of the Programme:  

             The particulars of the person whom the student's is authorizing:

• Name of relative or friend:
• IC or Passport No:

Upon receiving the authorization letter, the Examination Department will advise the student's further about the collection time and venue.  Please note that the Examination Department can only release student's parchment to his/her representative after it has receive the authorization letter.  Student's representative need to bring along the hard copy of the authorization letter and his/her IC / passport for verification during the collection.

For student's who want their parchment being deliver through courier service:

For your information, sending certificate through courier services is not encouraged.  Based on the past experiences/feedback from students, the certificate may be bent during the delivery process (eventhough we have inserted a hard cardboard to protect it, and sealed it in an envelope).  Sometimes the students claimed that they have not received the courier although it has been signed and received at the designated address (after checking with Courier Company).

As certificate is a very important document, the Examination Department will always encourage the students to come and collect the certificate and transcript personally.
