TLA Policies and Objectives

The objective of the SHTCA teaching, learning and assessment (TLA) strategy is to achieve a high degree of directness, clarity and transparency such that a wide understanding among the Schools’ client groups (academic and administrative staff, past, present and future students, employers) of the intent of the strategy may be achieved as a foundation for future revision and development.
The TLA is periodically updated and the latest version is attached and can be downloaded.

In-Training Handbook

In-training is a period of employment in industry designed to enhance your skills
and experience and provide opportunities for the application of theory to the world of work. It is a compulsory element of your course. The In-Training Handbook informs about policies, guidlines and assessment of this pratical period.
