As Students of the SHTCA you are covered by the College's Health Insurance plan. Here are a few information on how your insurance works. Make sure you also read the relevant documents attached below!
You should have received a medical card that can be used to settle payments with the respective panel clinics. You will not need to pay anything in cash at the clinic.
Check the list of panel clinics and bring your ING card along when you go there.
You are covered under a different plan and under a different insurance company, Chartis. You should have an insurance card issued in your name which you should bring to the clinic. They will verify your eligibility with the insurer prior to treatment.
It might be a good idea to keep your insurance card on you at all times.
If you do not have an insurance card, check with your AA or Student Service Centre.
At any rate, it might be a good advise to evaluate the limits of your insurance carefully and consider taking additional insurances privately.
