The School of Hospitality, Tourism & Culinary Arts takes pride in its training facilities of restaurants, front office and mock suite. Hands-on practical training complements theory lessons giving students added confidence in attending to guests' needs.
Mock Front Office
The mock front office is equipped with the Oracle Hotel Reservation System. Practical classes in front office management are conducted here. The Mock Front Office is located on the 3rd Floor.
5-Star Mock Suite
The mock suite is a twin-sharing suite with attached bathroom. Housekeeping ethics and practical classes are conducted here. The Mock Suite is located on the 3rd Floor, an annex to the Mock Front Office.

Windows of Damansara
This is a fine-dining restaurant where students from both Hospitality & Tourism and Culinary programme students learn food servicing. The Windows of Damansara is located on the 1st floor with an attached training kitchen for Culinary programme students.

Windows of Damansara is a class itself. The quiet, distinguished atmosphere of the Restaurant on the first floor let's you completely forget, that you are in a college. The fine dining environment rather resembles, what you would find in a five start hotel. You will find Western, Continental and local food here. Choose menu items from a variety of cuisine: Sauté Chicken Chasseur, Gigot d'agneau rôti or Beef Bourguignonne. Well-trained students of the Hotel & Tourism School will cater to all your food and dining pleasure in a highly professional, accommodating and prompt manner.
Café 87
This is a deli-styled restaurant where students from both Hospitality & Tourism and Culinary programmes learn food serving. The Café 87 restaurant has a training kitchen for Culinary programme students and it is located on the Ground Floor.

With a casual approach and varying themes throughout the semester, Cafe 87, in the ground floor, must not be missed out. It is a casual-dining restaurant that combines great tasting fusion foods with relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere of European style theme, bracing spirits, fine beverages and good friendships. Our ever changing menu selection offer culinary delights for the most discerning palette.
Connexions Restaurant
This is a general dining restaurant where students from both Hospitality & Tourism and Culinary programmes learn the art of food serving.
The Connexions restaurant is located on the Ground Floor, adjacent to KDU Square with an attached training kitchen for Culinary programme students.
With a casual, intimate atmosphere of Connexions is just the right place to retreat from a hard day of study. The semi buffet restaurant offers choices of various main courses, including a wide selection of salads, starters and delicious deserts!
All Restaurants are operated by SHTCA's students during the semester and open to outside guests as well.
