Kenneth Kam: the Battle-Chef

Chef Kam, you are one of the most prominent chef lecturers in the SHTCA. How did you join the school?

I joined the school back in 2005. I was paying a visit to some of my ex-lecturers when they asked me if I would like to teach. Well, I started as a part-time lecturer first then stayed on. I love working here as I can part my knowledge to the students. My bosses are great, too.
